Last week, I got the opportunity to visit the 2014 European Conference on Games-based Learning (ECGBL) in Berlin to present my thoughts about the possibilities of meta-techniques for serious games at the conference’s doctoral consortium. Despite my illness, this worked out alright; my presentation is available below. The paper will be available online soon.
I also noticed that, while this conference is about games-based learning, only a few talks were directly connected to my line of research. Due to an unlucky schedule, I wasn’t able to attend all the talks I wished to see, but it still was a worthwhile event. There were also a lot of playable games being shown, but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to see them all.
